Bait Breath BYS Double Flap 3.5"

The Bait Breath BYS Double Flap is a 3.5-inch craw-style soft bait from Bait Breath's BYS series, produced by Japanese pro Morizo Shimizu as his go-to rubber jig trailer. Its two large flapping claws push water as the bait falls and when it lands, while thin legs along the sides of the body catch the current and keep quivering on the drop and while the bait sits on the bottom. The long, straight arms carry the shock of each bottom contact out to the claw tips, so the bait tips over and kicks after it lands and when it is dragged. The maker suggests trimming the jig's skirt so the legs show, or tying a thinner skirt on a hand-tied jig so it falls faster.
