Galapagos Highroll 3.5"

The Galapagos Highroll 3.5" is a Japanese soft minnow made for mid-strolling and hover-strolling. In these techniques a small bait on a light jighead is swum at a steady depth while the rod is gently shaken. The jighead sits high in the body, so even a slight shake makes the bait roll hard, and the head works like a lip that stops it from rising. It holds depth from near the surface down to about 13 ft (4 m). Slits along the hollow body smooth the roll into a natural action and help it skip, and the split tail moves unevenly so following fish are less likely to turn away.
