Yamamoto Senko 4"

The Yamamoto Senko 4" is the compact version of the stick bait that changed bass fishing. Its salt-impregnated body sinks slowly with a natural shimmy and no action added by the angler, which is exactly what keeps it catching fish when the bite gets tough. The smaller profile is ideal for pressured fish, clear water, spotted bass and smallmouth, and for downsizing behind cold fronts.

Fish it wacky-rigged around docks and grass edges, Texas-rigged weightless in shallow cover, or on a Neko rig along breaks. Let it fall on a slack line and watch it — most bites come on the drop.
