Yamamoto Shibo Swimmer

Product Details

The Yamamoto Shibo Swimmer was built to outperform traditional paddle tail swimbaits, delivering a harder thump and more water displacement for its size than any bait in its class. The custom Yamamoto soft plastic formula provides the ideal combination of a powerful tail kick, natural swimming action, and pronounced head wobble that bass can feel from a distance.

The Shibo Swimmer truly separates itself with its versatility, consistently producing across a wide range of conditions. In colder water or during post-front conditions, it maintains a strong swimming action even on a slow, steady retrieve—when many swimbaits go dead. At moderate to fast retrieve speeds, its pronounced vibration makes it deadly in more stained water or when looking to trigger a reaction strike.

Whether rigged on the back of a bladed jig, an Alabama rig, or a traditional ballhead jighead, the Shibo Swimmer comes alive, loading the rod tip with a deep, heavy thump that feels more like a hard bait than a soft plastic. If you’re looking for a swimbait that moves more than most, look no further than the Yamamoto Shibo Swimmer.
