Deps Frilled Shad

The Deps Frilled Shad is an ultra-realistic soft swimbait built for clear water and pressured bass that have seen it all. Its streamlined baitfish profile, 3D eyes, molded gill rakers, and ribbed body make it one of the most lifelike shads you can throw.

A unique fan-shaped lip above the head acts like a brake, slowing the bait down so it shivers and rolls side to side even on a straight, steady retrieve, with no aggressive rod work needed. It's made from a low-density, dual-density plastic: a buoyant, salt-free translucent back and a lightly salted belly that keep it balanced and riding high in the water column.

Fish it weightless to swim it over rocks, grass, and pinpoint targets, or rig it on a weedless ball jig head to keep it high while working it through cover.
