Evergreen IR Finesse Jig

The Evergreen IR Jig is a compact, all-around jig developed by Evergreen pro Morizo Shimizu for tournament days when one more good bite makes the difference. Its modified round head carries extra lead low at the front, so it drops more vertically, slides into cover easily and gives clear bottom feel. The small profile suits pressured bass, while the larger-than-usual hook keeps big fish pinned. Pitch it to wood and brush, skip it under docks or let it free-fall along bluff walls, in any season.

• Weights: 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 oz
• Modified round head with forward, low weighting
• 45-degree line tie
• Custom long-shank hook, larger than usual for a compact jig
• Brush weed guard set to protect the point yet give way on light bites
