The Veritas LTD is a limited-edition dress-up of the current Veritas spinning rod, built on the same Powerlux 100 blank. That resin system packs nano particles between the carbon fibers, which Abu Garcia rates at about 15 percent more strength with 5 percent less weight.
The three lengths cover the core bass finesse jobs: the 6'9" medium light for light-line drop shots and ned rigs, the 7' medium as an all-around spinning stick, and the 7' medium heavy for heavier line, tubes and dock skipping.
